Confirmation and cancellation

A request is not a confirmed reservation until availability, route, service details and any required payment terms have been communicated and accepted. Cancellation conditions should be reviewed in the confirmation provided for the specific service.

Schedule changes

Flight, cruise and hotel schedule changes should be reported as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust the service, subject to vehicle, guide and supplier availability.

No-shows and late arrivals

A passenger who does not appear at the confirmed place and time, and cannot be reached within the communicated waiting period, may be treated as a no-show. Charges or refunds depend on the confirmed service terms and costs already incurred.

Weather and operational conditions

Tours or transfers may be adjusted, postponed or cancelled when weather, road, port, airport, safety or other operational conditions make the original service impractical. Available alternatives will be discussed with the customer.

Refund timing

When a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the original payment method and financial provider.
