Service requests

Website, form, telephone, email and WhatsApp submissions are requests for availability. A service becomes confirmed only after the itinerary, pickup details, inclusions, price when applicable and confirmation requirements are accepted.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate passenger, contact, flight, cruise, hotel, destination and luggage information, follow safety instructions and communicate important accessibility or special requirements before the service.

Prices and payment

Tour prices may be displayed through the tour system. Transfer prices are currently provided after route review. The final confirmed quotation and payment terms control the reservation.

Changes and availability

Vehicles, guides, routes, pickup times and activities are subject to availability and operational conditions. Reasonable substitutions or timing adjustments may be necessary.

Liability

Services are provided with reasonable care. Daniel Unidad 19 is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer information, airline or cruise changes, traffic, weather, government action or other events outside reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing context

Services are offered in the Dominican Republic and these terms are interpreted consistently with applicable Dominican law.
